Delete Your Account

How It Works

1. Fill out the form below with the email address associated with your Wordiify account.
2. Choose whether you want to delete your entire account or just specific data.
3. Submit your request — we'll process it within 30 days and send you a confirmation email.

What Gets Deleted

When you request full account deletion, the following data is permanently removed:

• Your profile information (name, email, avatar)
• Learning progress and word history
• Quiz scores and results
• Streak data and achievements
• App preferences and settings

What May Be Retained

• Anonymised analytics data — retained for up to 90 days for service improvement, then permanently deleted. This data cannot be linked back to you.
• Transaction records — purchase history may be retained as required by law or by Apple/Google for their records.

Active subscriptions must be cancelled separately through your App Store or Google Play Store account settings. Deleting your Wordiify account does not automatically cancel your subscription.
